Manage your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. You can cancel any time:
- iPhone / iPad — Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → 111 — Angel Numbers → Cancel.
- Android — Play Store app → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → 111 — Angel Numbers → Cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep premium access until then. Lifetime purchases are not subscriptions and do not require cancellation.
Restore purchases
On a new device or after reinstalling, open the app and tap Profile → Restore Purchases. Premium access will return automatically as long as you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are handled directly by Apple and Google. We cannot issue refunds on their behalf, but we are happy to help if a charge looks unexpected.

Delete your data
Because the app stores data only on your device, "deleting your data" usually means uninstalling.
- Uninstall the app — every saved reading, favorite, and preference is removed instantly. There is no server copy.
- Want to keep a personal backup first? Profile → Backup Readings exports your readings as a JSON file you can save anywhere before deleting the app.
- In-app purchase records — these live with Apple, Google, and our payments provider RevenueCat (under an anonymous user ID). To request deletion of the RevenueCat record, email us with the subject "Delete my RevenueCat data" and include the approximate purchase date and platform.
Common issues
- Premium did not activate after purchase — tap Profile → Restore Purchases.
- Daily notification did not arrive — confirm notifications are enabled in your device Settings, then re-toggle them in Profile → Notifications.
- Backup file will not open — make sure you are restoring through Profile → Restore Readings (the in-app picker), not by tapping the file directly. The app validates the file structure before merging.
- Audio is silent — silent-mode is respected by design. Switch off silent mode, or tap Profile → Sound to confirm music is enabled.

If something feels broken or you have an idea, write us. Please include your phone model, the app version (Profile → App → Version), and what you were doing when it happened.
